Lewis Steven Midler

Mr. Midler graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center on June 25, 1990, and was admitted to the Florida Bar on September 25, 1990. Mr. Midler was an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County, Florida, from August 6, 1990 to January 1, 1997. As such, Mr. Midler was a County Court supervisor, a lead prosecutor in felony Circuit Court, and was assigned to the sexual assault/child abuse unit.
Following his service with the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Midler went in to private practice in civil and criminal litigation. From 1997 until the present, Mr. Midler has represented traffic, misdemeanor, and felony clients from the pre-trial, trial, and appellate phases of litigation. Since January 2002, Mr. Midler has represented homeowners in all phases of litigation.
Wayne Scott KramerMr. Kramer graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center on June 30, 1999, and was admitted to the Florida Bar on March 30, 2000. Mr. Kramer was also admitted to the Federal Bar in October of 2002.
He immediately began practicing in the Civil and Criminal Arena, specifically in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, and in January of 2002, Mr. Kramer represented his first foreclosure client. He has now represented nearly one thousand foreclosure clients.
